आज से राजस्थान में नकल विरोधी कानून लागू, सबसे बड़ी परीक्षा रीट भर्ती कानून के दायरे में होगी
राजस्थान प्रदेश के 2500000 बेरोजगारों के लिए बहुत बड़ी खुशखबरी है।भर्ती परीक्षाओं के लिए राज्य में नकल विरोधी कानून लागू हो गया है। सरकार ने परीक्षाओं में अनुचित साधनों का प्रयोग व पेपर लीक की घटनाओं को रोकने के लिए राजस्थान सार्वजनिक परीक्षा (भर्ती में अनुचित साधनों की रोकथाम के उपाय) कानून 2022 का गजट नोटिफिकेशन जारी कर दिया है।

Anti-copying law implemented in Rajasthan from today, biggest exam will be under the purview of Reet Recruitment Act
There is great news for 2500000 unemployed people of Rajasthan state. Anti-copying law has been implemented in the state for recruitment examinations. To prevent the use of unfair means and paper leaks in examinations, the government has issued the gazette notification of the Rajasthan Public Examination (Measures to prevent unfair means in recruitment) Act 2022.
नकल विरोधी कानून लागू पहली परीक्षा के एपीआरओ भर्ती २०२२
अब राजस्थान प्रदेश में होने वाली सभी भर्ती परीक्षाएं कानून के दायरे में होगी। 24 अप्रैल को होने वाली एपीआरओ भर्ती इस कानून के तहत होने वाली पहली परीक्षा होगी। इतना ही नहीं, 23 और 24 जुलाई को होने वाली प्रदेश की सबसे बड़ी रीट परीक्षा भी कानून के तहत होगी।
संशोधित कानून के दायरे में आरपीएससी, हाईकोर्ट, कर्मचारी चयन बोर्ड, विश्वविद्यालय, माध्यमिक शिक्षा बोर्ड, पुलिस भर्ती, सार्वजनिक उपक्रम, बोर्ड, निगमों सहित राज्य की सभी भर्ती परीक्षाओं को लिया गया है।

APRO Recruitment 2022 of the first examination in force against the anti-copying law
Now all the recruitment examinations to be held in Rajasthan state will be under the purview of law. The APRO recruitment to be held on April 24 will be the first examination to be conducted under this law. Not only this, the state's biggest REET exam to be held on July 23 and 24 will also be held under the law.
All recruitment examinations in the state including RPSC, High Court, Staff Selection Board, Universities, Board of Secondary Education, Police Recruitment, Public Sector Undertakings, Boards, Corporations have been taken under the ambit of the amended law.
इस साल २०२२ मे 80000 पदों पर होगी भर्ती
राजस्थान प्रदेश में भर्ती कैलेंडर के अनुसार से नए साल में करीब 80000 पदों पर भर्ती परीक्षाएं होनी है। एपीआरओ भर्ती से शुरुआत होगी। सर्वाधिक पद रीट में करीब 47000 होंगे। इसके अलावा 6000 प्रथम ग्रेड शिक्षक और 10700 पद सेकंड ग्रेड शिक्षक के होंगे।
उच्च शिक्षा मंत्री राजेंद्र यादव ने कहा, की सरकार प्रदेश में होने वाली सभी भर्ती परीक्षाओं को पारदर्शिता के साथ कराना चाहती है। इसलिए यह कानून लाया गया और इसे लागू भी कर दिया गया।
राजस्थान बेरोजगार एकीकृत महासंघ के अध्यक्ष उपेन यादव ने कहा, की यह बेरोजगारों की सबसे बड़ी जीत है परीक्षाओं में सरकार इस कानून की कड़ाई से पालना करें।

80000 posts will be recruited this year in 2022
According to the recruitment calendar in Rajasthan state, recruitment examinations are to be held for about 80000 posts in the new year. APRO will start with recruitment. The maximum number of posts in REET will be around 47000. Apart from this, there will be 6000 first grade teachers and 10700 posts of second grade teachers.
Higher Education Minister Rajendra Yadav said that the government wants to conduct all the recruitment examinations in the state with transparency. So this law was brought and it was implemented.
Upen Yadav, president of Rajasthan Unemployment Unified Federation, said that this is the biggest victory of the unemployed, the government should strictly follow this law in the examinations.
