The last date for receipt of duly filled applications in CO/RO/Divisions/Units is 14.02.2023 (Tuesday). Applications received after the last date will be summarily rejected. Applicants should attach two (2) passport size photographs with their application. While forwarding the application to the Regional Office by the Divisional Office, one copy of the photograph should be pasted in the application, duly attested and the other to be kept at the Divisions/Units for pasting in the Hall Permit to be issued to the candidates .

On receipt of the applications, the applications should be date stamped by the concerned offices. The eligibility of the applicants can be checked and checked with reference to their service record. It should be ensured that the community is verified with reference to proper records.
