South Western Railway (SWR) has declared the notification for the applicants who are regular railway employees of SWR and RWF/YNK. The vacancies are unrestricted for the position of Junior Translator. General Departmental Competitive Exam (GDCE) complete the exam. Employees of SWR and RWF/YNK on regular basis are only eligible to visit for this GDCE. SWR Vacancy 2022: Qualifications

• The candidate should have a Master’s Degree from a recognized University in Hindi or English.
• Candidate must have recognized certificate course in translation from Hindi to English and from English to Hindi OR 2 years specialization in translation work from Hindi to English at Central. or State Government offices, including Government of Bharat Enterprise.
• The candidate should have a Translation Training Course Certificate for three month period awarded by the Department of Official Language, Central Translation Bureau, M/o. Home Affairs. (Authority: RBE No.132/2014)

First of all selection process will be done by Computer Based Test (CBT)

Then, those nominees who crack the online mode of exam then they call for Translation Test(TT)

After Translating the Test candidates should be called for Document verification
