Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Recruitment 2022: Education Eligibility

• Graduate Apprentice – Candidate must have any degree in relevant field with 50% marks and basic English knowledge is essential to apply.
• Technician Apprentice – To apply candidate must have Diploma in relevant field with minimum 50 percentile.
• Trade Apprentice – Candidate must have passed 10th class examination with Science and Mathematics under 10+2 education systems or its equivalent / B.Sc or 8th class pass in relevant field.

• The age limit of the candidate applying for this recruitment has been kept up to 25 years, the age of the candidate is valid till 1 April 2022.

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Recruitment 2022: Salary

• Shortlisted candidates are eligible to get salary from Rs 5000 to Rs 9000 per month from respective board. Stipend applicable to apprentices will be applicable as per notification dated 25.09.2019 of Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship. The apprentice will not be entitled to any other benefits/facilities/perks other than the Apprentice Consolidated Stipend.

Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Recruitment 2022: Selection Process

• A merit list will be prepared in the order of the percentage obtained by the nominees in the prescribed essential educational qualification. Wherever CGPA/CPI or other grades in the qualifying examination are awarded, % of marks as per the norms adopted by the concerned University/Institute should be indicated in the application. The candidate will have to produce a certificate to this effect from the University/Institute at the time of reporting in case of final selection.
• Merit list nominees will be called for document verification
• They will be appointed as Apprentice Apprentices only after successful completion of document verification and successful contract approval on apprenticeship on respective portal. The trainee will be given a period of seven (7) days to join. The trainee is expected to join on the stipulated date, failing which his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled.
• Waiting list of nominees will be prepared and conducted as and when required.
