Candidates will not have to travel again and again for recruitment and document verification through Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Staff Selection Board and various agencies.

For this online document verification system has been started. Now the details related to Digital Document Verification in all the recruitments of Rajasthan are given below Board of Secondary Education, Universities and Degree/Diploma to implement one-time verification system to rid candidates from repeated authentication of documents in recruitments made by Rajasthan Public Service Commission and Rajasthan Staff Selection Board and other recruitment departments.

Document verification of educational certificates will be done on the basis of digitized data provided by the issuing institutions. The process of one-time registration will be adopted in all recruitments by Rajasthan Public Service Commission and Rajasthan Staff Selection Board and other recruitment departments. The process of online verification of documents (document verification) on the recruitment portal will be done in two phases.

a) First Stage Verification

It will be mandatory for the candidates to do one-time registration on the portal developed by the Department of Information Technology and Communications. In this, at the time of one time registration, the columns/parameters given by the candidate in the online form on the recruitment portal such as degree, board/university, year and roll number will be mentioned by himself. Out of the above educational qualifications, the educational qualification data will be linked in digital form by the concerned educational institution/board. Their verification will be done automatically and the academic documents whose data will not be linked, those documents will be pending.

b) Phase II Verification

In the second phase of verification, the online verified educational documents of the finally selected candidates will be re-verified by matching their original documents with the original documents by Rajasthan Public Service Commission, Rajasthan Staff Selection Board and other departments. And the remaining documents will also be physically checked and verified so that there will be no need for verification of documents again and again if the candidate is selected in other recruitments in future.
