Junior Library Assistant: - Bachelor's degree from a recognized University or Diploma/Degree in Library Science from a recognized Board or equivalent from a recognized Board/University/Institute.

• Nominees should have knowledge of Universal Decimal Classifications.
• Nominees should have Knowledge of Computer Applications preferably in Librarianship/Library automation.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in an academic Institute like a University or Institute of higher learning.

Technical Assistant Gr.-II: B.Sc./BCA/Diploma in Engineering recognized by the State Council of Technical Education or equivalent from a recognized Board/ University or institute.

• Nominees must have a minimum 1-year experience in an academic Institute like a University or in an Institute of higher learning. MCA/M.Sc. in Computer Science Working Experience in web applications development or mobile applications development/database administration/web design & JS frameworks OR Working Experience in Data Centre, Server Maintenance, Network Security, Network Configuration, Computer Hardware, Library Automation, Server Automation, Network Automation Tool, Periodical Data Backup or Storage Management.

Junior Assistant: Higher Secondary & its equivalent examination is recognized by the Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal.

• 3 years of bachelor’s degree.
• Nominees should have basic knowledge in computers including the knowledge of word processing/Spread Sheet/ Accounting software from a recognized institute.
• Proficiency in English and knowledge in drafting letters etc / fair knowledge in finance & accounting procedures
• Nominees should have Minimum 1 year experience in official work in an academic Institute like a University or in an Institute of higher learning.

Junior Peon: Class VIII standard or equivalent from a recognized Board/Institution.

• Nominees can read/write English Minimum of 1 year of experience in an academic Institute like a University or in an Institute of higher learning
