MasterCard Recruitment 2022: Roles and Responsibility

The financial closing process will be supported through analysis of variances against budgets, forecasts, previous year actuals, key business drivers, and initiatives for the sector concerned.
To identify and implement the development of the annual plan/budget and forecast for the scheduled cycle and to work with the respective regional/country finance business partners. Also, be responsible for ensuring accurate data uploads to Hyperion budgeting and forecasting tools
Manage, develop and update standardized financial reporting packages that help drive and support the business, including business metrics/KPIs.
Quickly respond to ad-hoc requests for information and analytics
improve the financial process by creating and maintaining financial tools to analyze and model; Review and suggest financial systems
Looking at the needs of internal customers, members and other stakeholders, automation and more efficient methods of creation and delivery will have to be investigated and opportunities created
On top of FP&A responsibilities will have the occasion to assist other finance business partners across IMK Finance
Support special projects as they arise

Educational Qualification – CA/MBA

Having experience in financial roles with knowledge and experience of financial planning and management
Better knowledge of business intelligence tools and experience with financial systems (eg Hyperion, Oracle, Power BI).
Good understanding of reporting, forecasting and budgeting.
Self-motivated with a proven track record of delivering success while working in a team environment.
Ability to deliver results in fast-paced environments with a sense of urgency and accuracy
Ability to manage multiple activities of different nature in a compact time frame
