Jamia Millia Islamia Vacancy 2022 Applications on the prescribed form are invited for the Teaching positions in various Schools of Jamia Millia Islamia so as to reach in the Office of the Vacancy and Promotion Section , 2nd Floor, Registrar’s Office Gate No.15 , Jamia Millia Islamia, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi 110025 on or before 6 July 2022 during working days between 10:00 AM  05:00 PM.

Jamia Millia Islamia, an institution originally established at Aligarh in United Provinces, India in 1920 became a Central University by an act of the Indian Parliament in 1988. In Urdu language, Jamia means ‘University’, and Millia means ‘National’.

The story of its growth from a small institution in the pre-independence India to a central university located in New Delhi—offering integrated education from nursery to research in specialized areas—is a saga of dedication, conviction and vision of a people who worked against all odds and saw it growing step by step.

• The application should be submitted in the Office of the Vacancy & Promotion Section Teaching, 2nd Floor, Registrar’s Office Gate No. 15 , Jamia Millia Islamia, Jamia Nagar, New Delhi  110025 on or before 6 July 2022.
• Women candidates and Divyangjan candidates are exempted from paying the prescribed application fee.

• The online application form completed in all respect along with the receipt of paying the fee of Rs. 500/- and for  SC & ST candidates is Rs. 250/-  payable online through Net Banking

Jamia Millia Islamia Vacancy 2022: General Instructions

1.  CTET is mandatory qualification for the post of Jamia Schools wherever is applicable.

2.  Selection against temporary vacancy recruitment shall not confer on the appointee any right of permanent appointment.

3.  The applicant prescribed qualifications and experience of applicants are minimum and the fact that a applicant possesses the same will not entitle him or her for being call for interview.

4.  The University may constitute a Screening Committee to scrutinize the applications and short listing the applicants.

5.  Call letters for interview will be sent only to the short listed applicants and no correspondence will be made with applicants who are not short listed.

6.  Applicants must enclose the attested copies of degrees, diplomas and mark-sheets etc. giving reference of experience work with the application form.

7.  Knowledge of Urdu and Hindi is a desirable qualification for all teaching posts.

8.  The Head of the Department or Institutions shall be rejected summarily.
