• Candidate should have M.Sc. Degree in Physics / Applied Physics / Engineering Physics / Space Physics / Atmospheric Science / Meteorology / Planetary Science with minimum 65% marks in aggregate as average of all semesters or CGPA / CPI grading 6.84 on a 10 point scale or equivalent (OR ) M / s. / ME / M.Tech in Atmospheric / Space / Planetary Science / Applied Physics / Engineering Physics with minimum 60% marks in aggregate for all semesters OR CGPA / CPI grading 6.5 or on a 10 point scale or equivalent.

• The selected candidate for the post of ISRO Junior Research Fellow JRF will get a salary of ₹ 31000 per month from the concerned board and the candidate selected for the post of Senior Research Fellow SRF will get a salary of ₹ 35000 per month from the respective board.
