1. Candidates should have Excellent communication skills C1 equivalent proficiency
2. Candidates should able to displays excellent customer service skills and capabilities
3. Candidates should able to response, diagnosis, resolution and tracking by phone, email, chat and social media of customer support queries.
4. Candidates role is to handle response and resolution speed as defined by SLOs
5. Candidates need to keep high customer satisfaction scores and follow quality standards in 90% of cases.
6. Candidate’s role is to use existing knowledge base to provide a customer facing root cause assessment.
7. Candidates need to supply customer facing bug progress summary using available tools and platforms.
8. Candidates role is maintain escalations raised by customers and partners.
9. Candidates need to maintain consults from the lower tier to assist in case resolution
10. Candidates should possess good presentation and client Interfacing skills
11. Capabilities to identify process improvement ideas, mentor team members on implementing improvement ideas/Six sigma/lean projects
