• The decision of IWLF in all matters regarding eligibility, selection and posting shall be final and binding on all candidates. No representation or correspondence will be entertained by IWLF in this regard.
• IWLF reserves the right to modify / alter / restrict / extend / cancel the recruitment process, if such need arises without issuing any further notice or assigning any reason thereafter. The decision of IWLF will be final and no appeal will be entertained.
• Other terms and conditions necessary for appointment in IWLF will be mentioned in the detailed agreement, which will be signed by the selected candidate at the time of appointment.
• Termination: The contract can be terminated by giving a notice period of 30 days by either party i.e. IWLF and the employee. In extreme cases the contract may be terminated by IWLF with immediate effect without any notice period.
