The Indian Coast Guard has recently released an official advertisement to fill up the post of Engine Driver, Sarang Lascar, and Lascar 1st Class. The candidates who have passed 10th Class from a recognized board in India can apply for the recruitment. However, for Sarang Lashkar posts, a 10th pass along with Sarang's certificate is also mandatory.
Age Limits - Indian Coast Guard Recruitment
The age of candidates should be 18 years and the maximum age limit should be 27 years and 30 years
Reserved category candidates will be given relaxation in the upper age limit as per government norms.
ICG Recruitment 2022 Salary
Candidates who are appointed to the posts of Engine Driver and Sarang Laskar will be given a salary in the Pay Band-1 5200-20200 + Grade Pay of INR 1900 and INR 19900 to INR 63200 under Revised Pay Matrix Level-2.
