Two copies of unattested passport size colour photographs developed on good quality.
(1) Original Education Certificates or marks sheet of all complete educational qualifications
of candidate i.e. 10 + (Matric)/ 12+ (Intermediate)/ Graduation etc from recognized School College/ Board/ University.
(2) Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.
(3) Candidate Caste Certificate affixed with photograph issued by the Tehsildar/ District Magistrate.
(4) Religion Certificate issued by the Tehsildar SDM. (If "SIKHI HINDUI MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN" is not need to show caste certificate).
(5) Candidate Character Certificate with photographs issued by Village Sarpanch/ Municipal Corporation within last six months
