8 12 A self-attested envelope of size 20 cm duly accompanied by a postage stamp of Rs 5.

How To Apply Offline for the Post of Army DGOL & SM, IHQ of MOD Form :
The candidates shall enclose a self-addressed envelope affixing a postage stamp of Rs. 5/ With the necessary application for dispatch of acknowledgment/admit card. (Candidates are required to super scribe on top of the envelope "Application for the post_______________________________________" along with self and father's/mother's name (specimen attached as Appendix 'C').
