Provide classic benefits to customers based on their identification in the eligible list / LTR of customers in the portfolio Ensure that individual customers are grouped and the Customer to Group (CTG) ratio is maintained on the portfolio, disbursing them to their family members Grouping with those who already have accounts with us Grouping them with their family members after selling liability products to family members, if they do not have a banking relationship with us, ensure that the income generating product group Reach optimum level of holding (IPH) Ensure there is a minimum number within each customer group Determined income generating products are sold Ensure customer group profitability is achieved Manage Band 1 and 2 customers and ensure they are moved to Band 3 and above Customer contact on portfolio Determined product Proactively upscaled qualified customers to Classic portfolio within product program Ensure all Classic customers within portfolio have been contacted Effective Use of data in APT and CRM for call planning and review with BH/PBA (call planning and post call review) Detailed update of conversations to be captured in CRM, tasks/leads created, profiled to same day of conversation to be updated.
