• Using various scoring models/tools rolled out by senior management to differentiate between customer segments during underwriting.
• Follow up with business counterparts to understand housekeeping parameters like PDD/RC pendency/mutation check/overdue deferrals credit visits for non-starters/RCA to EMR and update senior management.
• To check the data entry quality the error rate is minimum and the error rate is minimum at all the data entry shops.
• Credit quality to ensure minimum PAR errors.
• Ensuring the non-starter and EMR are within budget.
