Hindustan Computers Limited (HCL) invites online appliances from eligible 12th class students, who want to work in HCL technologies as HCL Tech Bee. Applicants can register at bit.ly/Techbee or give a missed call at 8448 386 392 or email support-techbee@hcl.com.

After selection Nominees undergo 12-month training for entry-level IT jobs. On prosperous realization of the training, nominees are employed in full-time jobs with HCL.

HCL's Early Career Program is an exclusive job program for individuals looking for full time jobs after completing class XII. Candidates go through 12 months of training for entry level IT jobs. On successful completion of training, candidates are employed in full time jobs with HCL. While working, nominees bring their higher education with BITS Pilani, Sastra University or Amity University.

TechBee enables trainees to earn right after school and makes them financially self-dependent. Techbee aspirants earn a stipend of Rs.10, 000 during internship and start earning a salary of Rs.1.70-2.20 lakhs annually when they start their full time job with HCL.

• Resident of India, who has successfully passed the Board Examination of Class XII with Mathematics, Business Mathematics in 2021 or 2022. Students who are waiting for 12th class result in 2022 can also apply.

• The job roles include Software Developer, Analyst, Design Engineer, Data Engineer, Support and Process Associate.

HCL Tech Bee 2022 Registration: Program Highlights

• Students taking admission in TechBee program will get full time job in HCL Technologies after completion of their training.
• This program includes ₹10,000 stipend during internship along with classroom training.
• The starting salary will start from ₹1.7 - 2.2 Lakh per annum, depending on their job role.
• The candidate will also get a golden opportunity to do graduation from BITS Pilani, Amity University or SASTRA University while working with HCL Technologies.
