• The contractual recruitment will be purely on a merit basis. There is no provision for an interview for this.
• On the basis of the applications received by the contractual candidates, the merit will be prepared on the basis of the attainments of the minimum educational qualifications prescribed post-wise for the contractual posts.
• For the post of Junior Technical Assistant, 80 per cent of posts will be filled by degree holders and 20 per cent of posts will be filled by diploma holders.
• The contractual appointment will be the first effective till 31.03.2023.
• After selection, a candidate will be contracted in only one body, if more than one contract, the contract appointment contract will automatically be considered cancelled (an affidavit to this effect is mandatory) The posting of the selected candidate will be done as above in any Municipal Council / Municipality of Hanumangarh district. Will be done by lottery. The selected nominee will not be able to demand posting at a particular place. After 03 days, the candidate will be given a contractual appointment from the reserved list (waiting list) if the work is not accepted at the allotted place by lottery.
• Urban Employment Assistant contract will be done on the basis of marks obtained in Graduation + RSCIT, but the merit list will be maintained only on the basis of graduation degree.

• Reservation of the posts of contractual recruitment will be determined on the basis of the notification dated 11.01.2022 issued by the Government of Rajasthan.
• Age: Minimum age 21 years and maximum age 40 years (up to 01.06.2022) and according to the order of the Personnel Department dated 11.01.2022, relaxation will be given according to the eligibility of the category.
• Applications will have to be submitted on A-4 size paper in the prescribed format serial number 07 by the prescribed date in the offices, no consideration will be given to the applications received after the prescribed date. Application forms can be received and submitted even on gazetted holidays.
• Self-attested copy of the educational qualification certificate has to be submitted along with the application form. Relevant certificates will have to be produced for reservation. Age will be determined on the basis of the 10th class mark sheet/birth certificate. Along with the character certificate/health certificate, marriage / child-related certificate and other documents, whichever is necessary, can be submitted along with the application and it will be necessary to bring the original copies of the documents at the time of contract appointment, otherwise, the contract appointment will not be given.
• All the entries of the application must be complete and accordingly self attested photocopies of all certificates are required to be attached, incomplete application will not be considered, for which all responsibility will be of the candidate.
• The contract for the appointment of contractual personnel will be executed by the respective allotted Municipal Council/Municipality.If the services of the contractual employee are not satisfactory, they can be separated from the contract.
• Candidates blacklisted in Rajasthan on charges of irregular / embezzlement / negligence towards official obligations from any scheme, contract separated candidates will not be considered eligible for application. The selected candidate will also have to submit an affidavit to this effect along with the contract.
• In case of any dispute, the decision of District Project Coordination Committee, Hanumangarh will be valid.
