Director Secondary Education Department, Bikaner has issued guidelines regarding engagement of teachers as guest faculty in Mahatma Gandhi Government (English Medium) Schools and Government English Medium Schools as per “Vidya Sambal Yojana” under Vidya Sambal Yojana.
Accordingly, guest faculty will be appointed in Mahatma Gandhi English medium schools, regarding which complete information has been provided in this post. Guest Faculty in Mahatma Gandhi Govt English Medium School 2022
According to the guidelines issued by the Finance (General Financial and Accounts Rules) Department, Government of Rajasthan's relevant circular dated 30.03.2021 and approved by the relevant letter dated: 07.06.2022,
Mahatma Gandhi Government (English Medium) Schools and Government According to the "Vidya Sambal Yojana" in English medium schools, instructions are given as follows to engage private candidates and retired teachers as guest faculty
i. For the approved posts of teachers in these schools, there should be minimum qualification as provided in Rajasthan Education (State and Subordinate Services Rules- 2021).
ii. The minimum educational qualification as per the post mentioned above mentioned in the service rules should have been acquired in English medium.

The retired teacher will be eligible to be engaged as guest faculty only for the post in which he was working at the time of retirement provided he has acquired the minimum desired educational qualification for the post applied for in English medium.
Note:- There will be no compulsion to pass REET exam for retired teachers for Teacher Level I and Level II. And retired teachers will be eligible to work as guest faculty only till the age of 65 years.
