• Essential Qualification- Applicants should possess Bachelor's degree (B.E/B.Tech) or its equivalent in Aeronautical/ Aerospace/ Mechanical Engineering or Military Helicopter Pilot with Bachelor's degree (any discipline). Flying rating of MG in ALH flight, good flight safety record, competency in flight safety and accident investigation, experience in handling design and development agency HAL and experience in air to ground missile project OR
• Desirable - ME/M.Tech in Aeronautical/Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or worked in DRDO Weapon Projects, Experience in certification, Experience in flying helicopters including ALH.
