• Candidate should be Central / State Govt. Officers working in the corresponding grade (Level-13) in the relevant discipline or in SG (Level-13), ORPSU employees working in the corresponding grade in the relevant discipline with 17 years service in Group A in the relevant discipline or 1 ,00,000 in Rs.-2,60,000 (LDA) (E7) with four years service in that grade.
