• The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not exceed 56 years as on the closing date of receipt of applications.

The salary of the officer selected for appointment on deputation and other conditions will be governed by the government. of India orders issued from time to time in this regard and also as per CISF Rules.

Successful completion of training in cash and accounts work from an institute recognized by the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management and minimum 2 years' experience in cash, accounts and budget work.

Note: Departmental Accountants with five years' regular service in the grade and Departmental Accountants having prescribed EQ and experience for deputation will also be considered along with outsiders. If the departmental candidate is not eligible for appointment to the post, he/she is selected Deemed to be filled by promotion

Note II: The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization or department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed three years. The maximum age-limit for deputation shall be fifty-six years as on the closing date of receipt of applications)
