The applications received for contractual employment on the post of training expert, tax expert and auditor expert will be considered by the state level selection committee constituted in resolution number-1. 1000, dated 10/07/2015,

General Administration Department. On the recommendation of the selection committee, employment will be done on contract basis before the Commercial Tax Department by the appointing authority. This post will not be a part of permanent establishment.

Tax Specialist	Retired officers of Indian Administrative Service / Indian Revenue Service / Bihar Finance Service of Level – 13 or above pay scale. The applicant should have experience of working under the Goods and Services Tax Act 2017. So that the departmental structure can be given an effective shape for effective implementation, analysis and monitoring of revenue collection of the Bihar Mall and Service Tax Act 2017.
Audit Specialist	Retired officials of Bihar Vid service level – 13 or above pay scale. The applicant should have experience of working under the Goods and Services Tax Act 2017. So that the departmental structure can be given an effective shape for effective implementation, analysis and monitoring of revenue collection of the Bihar Mall and Service Tax Act 2017.
Training Specialist	Retired officials of Bihar Finance Service Level – 12 or above pay scale. The applicant should have experience of working under the Goods and Services Tax Act 2017. So that the departmental structure can be given an effective shape for effective implementation, analysis and monitoring of revenue collection of the Bihar Mall and Service Tax Act 2017.
