UP NHM 4000 CHO Vacancy Educational Qualification -
Candidates should have a Bachelor Degree B.Sc. (Nursing) with a Certificate in Community Health for Nurse recognized by the government of India. Also, candidates should be registered Indian/State Nursing Council.
UP NHM CHO Post Recruitment 2022 Age Limit -
Minimum 18 years of age and maximum 35 years of age
