The candidate will be responsible for the sales and distribution function for our range of product for the specified territory. Operating one of our 4 distribution highways: Fresh, Frozen, Chilled and Ambient.
The candidate will be responsible for market coverage as well as market penetration for the assigned area. Key responsibilities include sales planning, logistics & distribution management, WD & territory management, product promotion, new product launches, achievement of sales targets etc.
The candidate will also be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and strategizing business development. He is required to monitor and analyze the activities of the competitors and suggest countermeasures from time to time. Their success will be measured by delivery of critical business goals, growth in market share and profit.
Candidate must be First Class Graduate with full time Graduation in any discipline and two years Post Graduate in Management or First Class Graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Hotel Management/Agriculture. They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience. Age should not exceed 28 years. Candidates having knowledge of local language only have to apply.
