Candidates should have working knowledge of financial accounting, commercial norms and taxation and good knowledge of computers (Knowledge of SAP will be preferred). Responsibilities include preparation of accounting documents like invoicing, billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, purchases, bank reconciliation, verification of payments, maintenance of records in MIS, SAP FICO and other commercial etc. Candidate should have strong knowledge of GST and should be able to file GST returns independently. The person will be responsible for branch accounting functions.
Candidate must be First Class Graduate with full time Graduation in any discipline and two years Post Graduate in Management or First Class Graduate in Dairy Technology/Food Technology/Hotel Management/Agriculture. They should also have minimum 1 to 2 years of FMCG sales experience. Age should not exceed 28 years. Candidates having knowledge of local language only have to apply.
1. Ensuring maintenance of books of accounts including finance management and asset accounting,
2. Ensuring implementation of standard procedures relating to stock arrivals,
3. Maintenance of stock in godowns
4. Physical verification of stock in godown and matching with book stock
