Oversee the safety performance and security requirements of the crew. Creation of training materials and necessary modifications to such resources

Monitoring, managing and improving training systems and modules to ensure paperwork, training files and records are updated on a regular basis.

Effective training delivery as per the agenda and set standards.

Evaluation of aggregated training feedback.

Implementation of modifications to training delivery/material. Plan and coordinate cabin safety inspections.
